FCH Administrator Candace Small played a pivotal role in co-founding Westmoreland Wheelhouse in 2022. With 18 years of experience in the healthcare industry, she has developed a deep understanding of patient care, medical operations, and administrative leadership. Her journey began in the medical field, where she gained hands-on experience that shaped her passion for helping others. Over time, she transitioned into healthcare administration, where she now applies her extensive knowledge to ensure smooth operations and high-quality care for residents.

Candace’s commitment to excellence and compassionate leadership has made a lasting impact on the communities she serves. She takes great pride in fostering an environment where residents feel safe, valued, and supported. Her ability to blend professional expertise with a personal touch allows her to build meaningful relationships with both staff and residents.

Outside of her professional life, Candace is a devoted mother of four and a loving pet owner. Family is at the heart of everything she does, and she cherishes every opportunity to create lasting memories with her loved ones. In her spare time, she enjoys indulging in creative pursuits such as crafting and decorating, which allow her to express her artistic side. Whether she is designing a new space or working on a DIY project, she finds joy in bringing her visions to life.
